Bacter Family Saga

Life at Home

With a new defiant resolve, Listeria threw caution to the wind and called up the gypsy. She hadn’t had success getting dates in school. Too many rumors were circulating about her family and no one really wanted to be a part of it. She silently cursed her dad as she dialed the gypsy’s number. The gypsy said she would be right over.

Listeria waited with baited breath for the gypsy to arrive. When she did Listeria started to have second thoughts. Was this for real? This old woman was standing in front of her house holding a crystal ball. It seemed too surreal. But she took a deep breath and remembered that the same gypsy had found her cousin’s true love. Perhaps she could find hers as well.

She greeted the gypsy and told her what she was after.

The gypsy said nothing at first, just held out her hand for payment. Listeria pulled out the $5,000 she had stolen from her father and hesitantly placed it into the gypsy’s hand. Once the money was safely stowed in her pocket the gypsy waved her hands over the crystal ball and muttered a few words Listeria couldn’t understand. Suddenly the ball grew a sky blue and the gypsy seemed to be summoning all her strength.

  3. Poor Lis. I hope she’s able to get out of the house quickly and find her own happiness. At least it looks like she and Alvin are hitting it off well. As much as Listeria hates Nadia, the baby is adorable. :-) Hopefully she’ll enjoy college without going overboard.

He should have proceeded more slowly. *shakes head* I’m with you Lis!!! And Awwww! ALVIN is so CUTE!!! Is he going to join her at Sim State??? Have fun in college!!!
