Life at Home

At the Main House: Xavier - Professor - Romance (Perma Plat) - Elder; Marylena Hamilton - Townie - Family (Have 6 Grandkids) - Adult; Listeria - 3rd gen. “spare heir” - Family (Reach Golden Anniversary) - Teen

While her sister was off at college discovering the truth about her mother, Listeria was at home with her father and his new girlfriend completely oblivious to all that Legionella had learned. Although, Listeria had enough to deal with at the house with her father and Marylena. Listeria had learned of her father’s affair from her sister, although she had suspected it when Marylena was spending so much time at their house. Xavier had yet to learn that his children were not quite as naive as he seemed to think they were.

Listeria was just coming to terms with Marylena’s presence in her house when the unexpected happened. Marylena announced to them that she was pregnant.

Cell Becomes a Man

At 202 Bacter Blvd: Cell - 1st Child of Bacillus Bacter - Family (Become Captain Hero) - Adult

Cell had graduated and it was time for him to begin his life. Not his father’s life, not the life that anyone else wanted for him but his own life. He had bought a house across the street from the house he had grown up in. Some might have called that weak but no matter how much he longed for his own life he also loved his family and could not turn his back on what that meant to him. The house had purchased was a small two bedroom home that would be perfect for the life he would be beginning with Michelle once she too had graduated. He looked forward to it immensely.

Looking in the mirror Cell decided that the punk haircut he had worn since he was a teenager was not the most suited for adulthood. A change of hairstyle was in order. So after a visit to the barber Cell had a more adult look about him.

Legionella’s Decision

Legionella couldn’t believe the words that were coming over the phone line. Could Cell possibly be telling her the truth? She was in shock. Was it possible? How could it be? The story that Cell told her was one he had overheard from his father and mother once when he was a child. He didn’t say a word to anyone because he didn’t want them to know he had listened in. It was in fact the same story that Gordon had told her about his father except that the woman was her mother.

Legionella felt totally numb. She didn’t know how this was going to affect her relationship with Gordon. She was a little upset about his father’s history but that his father’s history was so directly tied to her own was something she could not conceive. She even had a fleeting thought that Gordon’s father could be her own father but she knew she got her red hair from her father and the numbers didn’t add up. She was silent.

Cell was a little concerned about the silence on the other end of the phone, “Ella. Ella, are you okay?”
Her cousin’s voice snapped Legionella back into present reality, “Yeah. Sorry. It’s just a lot to take in.”
“I know. Maybe you should talk to my dad about this. He seems to know more than anyone.”
Legionella nodded her head slowly as she said, “Yeah. I think that might be a good idea. But not today. I need to chew on this.”
“Of course.” Cell said, “Ella, I’m really sorry.”
“Thanks Cell.”
