More Madness
And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming…
Even with six children, Bacillus and Mallory have always prided themselves on their children’s academic performance. When Cell graduated high school and went to college he had recieved ample scholarship money for his continuing education. Cillia gets straight A’s herself and is applying to colleges now but Bacillus has no doubt that his eldest daughter will follow along in her brother’s footsteps. Bacillus and Mallory had a bit of a task with getting Gabriella’s grades up (they suffered when she lived with her mother) but they were successful in the end. Chondria recently brought home her first straight A report card and couldn’t help but rushing right in off the bus to show her mom. Mallory was of course beaming with pride. Another Bacter with straight A’s.

With all these kids running around life is hectic at the Bacillus Bacter household. It seems to him and Mallory that one of their children is always bringing a friend home from school. Some days, Bacillus comes home from work to find that Gabriella, Chondria and Cyto have all brought home friends and he walks into a slew of kids gathered in front of the television watching cartoons. He doesn’t mind too much, he is happy that his kids make friends so easily. Besides, he and Mallory are both active people and love kids and as far as they are concerned: the more, the better.

It always seems like there is a birthday in Bacillus and Mallory’s house. It seemed to them they their little Cyan was just born but before they knew it it was time for her first birthday. Birthday parties have become quite challenging with so many family members so they decided to have Cell come home from school and celebrate with just the brothers and sisters. After all, that is enough for a party as it is. They all gathered around the cake and Cyan became a toddler.

Sometimes one would think that with so many children some would get swept aside and Bacillus and Mallory wouldn’t give them as much attention, but not so. In fact, Bacillus and Cillia have a wonderful relationship, even though Cillia is a teenager and constantly wants to be with friends, she also appreciates having her father as a friend. It is important to Bacillus after all too since he has named her as his heir. Maybe it is the fact that she is the only one of his children to carry on the Bacter skin. Or maybe it is just that they enjoy beating on each other.

With her youngest now a toddler, Mallory was once again thinking of having more children. After all she wants to have ten. So she and Bacillus set out to try for number seven (this is Bacillus’s favorite part.) It wasn’t long before Mallory confirmed that she was pregnant and starting to show.

Mallory is starting to get older and these pregnancies are starting to take a toll on her body. So, she consulted guru on organic medicine and he taught her how to enter into a deep state of meditation to help her pass her pregnancy more easily.

The mediation worked well for a while but unfortunately with the activity level of the house, Mallory wasn’t able to maintain it for long. There were more birthdays to celebrate. First up was Gabriella. It seemed like a miracle that this little girl made it to her teenage years. Only thirteen years old and she had already gone through more than most people several times her age. Bacillus and Mallory had done everything they could to ensure that she would have a happy birthday.

Gabriella became a teenager and chose an aspiration of fortune. Her goal in life is to earn $100,000 and hopefully move back into the home she had to leave after her mother’s death.

The next birthday was Chondria. She and Gabriella were the same age and they had always done things together so it was natural for them to celebrate their birthdays together.

Chondria chose an aspiration of romance but still wants to become mayor of Legacy Valley. Hopefully her romantic intriques won’t get in the way of that dream.

Perhaps it was all the excitement from the parties but the next morning Mallory went into labor.

At 7:35 am another girl was added to the family. They named her Cystiene.

Those Bacters have a full house eh? Gabriella looks like her dad I think?
Anyway coliky baby eh? I’m sure you have searched high and low for something to ease it.
Well from looking back on my only colicky baby which happens to have been my son who is now 13. I beleive little ones with colic are slow to warm up to new situations …things need to be in a certain order all the time, they don’t like change fast. With that in mind be patient, take things slow and see if it could be anything new in your diet (if your nursing), also does she quiet down when you place a small warmed up washtowel around her tummy? Soothing music also helps both mom, dad & baby & remember that saying? ‘This too shall pass.’? Well it will pass and soon colic will turn into rasberry giggles

Great update…what a busy household the Bacters have! I don’t know how you find time to play and update with your little bundle of joy, but I’m glad you do! What a great husband to take Abigail for a while and give you a small break. You are so lucky to have such a beautiful daughter, and I’m sure the colick will pass in time. My youngest was a bit colicky for a while, but she seemed to outgrow it and now is a very rambunctious 20-month old!

Another girl? Men really need to have a talk with their sperm so they can get more boys. Hehe. There aren’t enough men in the world!!! All of the kids look great. :O)
I’m glad you were able to find time to update with a newborn in the house. :O)) I can’t wait to see the next one you hinted at.
