Graduation and the Real World
Anthracis woke up the morning after the toga party with Lora in his bed. He smiled as he watched her sleep, then he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her body to his. He breathed in the gentle, botanical, scent of her hair and gently kissed her neck. She stirred a bit, but Anthracis didn’t want to wake her up so he just watched her. He was in love and he had no idea being in love was so great. As if she sensed his watching she woke up and turned to him. He smiled and she smiled back. He kissed her and once again, woohoo was made.
They finally pulled themselves out of bed and Anthracis made her breakfast. They were both so happy they didn’t even notice the strange guy that stumbled down the stairs and out of the house. Around mid-afternoon Lora finally left. They had finals and studying to get done. Anthracis studied for finals in a daze and was greatly relieved when they were over. He got his grades and graduate summa cum laude with a 4.0. He decided to celebrate by going onto campus and buying a little something for Lora. A little diamond somthing perhaps. As he walked by the big fountain at the center of the union he couldn’t resist. He found the box of soap that was legended to be stashed under a loose tile and poured a big portion of the box in.

Laughing uncontrollably, Anthracis ran away while countless students ran panicking to the fountain. But his mission was completed. He had a diamond ring in his pocket that he was going to give to Lora at their graduation party this coming weekend.
The weekend was quickly upon them and it was time for Anthracis’s last party at Beta Eta Pi. Erin was still a junior and promised to keep the frat going. She proposed a toast to all the graduates, “This is for all your hard work, hard times and of course, hard partying! I’ll miss you all and I love you!”

“I have one more thing we can toast to,” Anthracis said, turning to Lora, “Lora,” he dropped to one knee and Lora squealed, “We’ve had some rough times but through them all I never doubted for a minute that you were the one for me. I love you so much more then I ever thought possible. Lora, will you marry me?” Lora shouted a YES! and tackled Anthracis. Erin smiled, she had given up her battle and was happy with the results. They all toasted to the newly affianced couple, Anthracis and Lora.
The group then all paraded out to the hot tub for one last gathering there.

But the party ended quickly and it was time for all the seniors to head out onto their own. Anthracis and Lora parted, they decided that they would wait to move in together until they were married. With one last final look at the the frat he had started from scratch, Anthracis climbed into the cab and set off for his new life.

Anthracis’s cab pulled up to the plot of land he had purchased with the money he had made in college and from his moving bonus from the job he took as a science teacher. He only had $4800 to his name and he had no walls, no furniture and he was supposed to be planning a wedding with Lora. He put together a place as best he could. It consisted of an outhouse and everything else under the stars. He was real glad Lora loved him for who he was and not for how much money he had, or didn’t have.

Next time: Marrying Lora

Don’t you just love that fountain? Great update! I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Well, seems like almost all sims who graduate have a very demanding loan to pay back, they all live outside for at least a year!!! Good luck on the wedding!
